Tomasz Miksa organised a Hackathon on Machine-actionable Data Management Plans

The hackathon [1] was organised together with the Austrian node of Research Data Alliance (RDA Austria).

There were 12 teams, 71 participants, from 21 countries that worked with the RDA Common standard for machine-actionable DMPs [2] to add support to existing tools, build novel integrations and define new mappings.

The summary of results produced by each group can be found here [3]. There is also a recording of the Grand Finale session [4] in which all teams presented their solutions.

Everyone is invited to vote [5] in 3 categories:

  • Innovation – the most innovative use of the RDA Common Standard for maDMPs
  • Collaboration – the most diverse team that brings various perspectives, stakeholders, etc.
  • Impact – the highest potential impact of the proposed solution

Please read, watch and vote!
The voting closes on the 13th of June.
