Award for Cybersecurity Quiz App
The “Cybersecurity Quiz” app, which was developed in cooperation with CSA, OIAT (saferinternet.at) and ovos, was awarded the LernApp certificate. It was one of 25 innovative apps to be awarded the “Learning Apps Certificate of Approval” by the Federal Ministry Republic of Austria Education, Science and Research.
The aim of the learning app is to raise awareness of the potential dangers on the Internet and to promote digital skills in the area of cyber security. The Cyber Security Quiz offers a broad overview of the challenges from malware and online fraud to data protection and hate on the net. The content is short, playful, interactive and bundled into ten topics: Technical Threats, Data Protection, Protecting Yourself from Fraud, Shopping on the Internet, Cyber Bullying, Fake News, Smartphone, Keeping Kids Safe on the Net, Home Office, and Copyright.
