Tomasz Miksa on reproducibility of computational workflows at the ISWC17
Tomasz Miksa presented his paper entitled “Using ontologies for verification and validation of workflow-based experiments” in the journal track of the 16th International Semantic Web Conference (ISWC17) which is held 21 – 25 October in Vienna, Austria.
The paper discusses how to ensure trust in results of computational workflows by documenting their broad execution context using semantic technologies. The approach was evaluated on workflows from various domains including: machine learning, sensor data analysis, and bioinformatics.
