MLDM at Social Artificial Intelligence Night (SAINT)
On March the 24th, ten researchers of the Machine Learning and Data Management (MLDM) Group at SBA Research participated in the annual “Social Artificial Intelligence Night” (SAINT) organised and hosted by FH St. Pölten.
As part of the scientific programme, Anastasia Pustozerova gave a talk about Federated Learning, which discussed current solutions and challenges to provide privacy-preserving machine learning.
Tanja Šarčević and Diana Strauß presented their poster on the protection of intellectual property along the machine learning process, specifically using watermarking to proof the ownership of machine learning models trained in a Federated Learning manner. They further represented SBA and enganged in interesting discussions with fellow researchers and students at our sponsor booth.
