OCG Förderpreis 2025 Awarded to Daryna Oliynyk!
In 2025, the Austrian Computer Society (OCG) once again recognizes outstanding academic work in the fields of Computer Science and Business Informatics with the OCG Förderpreis and the OCG Förderpreis-FH.
This year’s OCG Förderpreis goes to our research colleague Daryna Oliynyk for her master’s thesis “Man of Steal: Exploring Model Stealing Attacks Against Image Classifiers.” The thesis was completed at the Institute for Information Systems Engineering at TU Wien, under the supervision of Andreas Rauber and co-supervision of Rudolf Mayer.
The jury commended the work for its high topicality and the thorough analysis of security risks in AI systems.
