Research Interests
Philipp researches security and privacy aspects of (mobile) network technologies. He focuses on
messaging technologies, such as RCS and over-the-top (OTT) messaging apps, and on internet
measurement platforms — among them [MobileAtlas](https://mobileatlas.eu/), a cellular measurement platform he is working to
improve.
Bio
Philipp holds a bachelor’s degree in Software & Information Engineering and a master’s degree in
Software Engineering & Internet Computing from TU Wien, and is pursuing his PhD
at the University of Vienna.
