Research Interests
Davide’s research interests include most aspects of system security and in particular the areas of binary and malware analysis, reverse engineering, computer forensics, and web security.
Bio
Davide is Professor at the EURECOM Graduate School and Research Center in Digital Sciences, Software and System Security Group (S3 Group), France. He is recipient of an ERC Consolidator Grant which focuses on the analysis of compromised systems (more info).
Before joining EURECOM, Davide spent almost two at UC Santa Barbara as a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Computer Science, working at the Computer Security Group with Giovanni Vigna and Richard Kemmerer. He is also part of the International Secure Systems Lab (iSecLab).
Davide received his PhD in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2006.
