Research Interests
Anne is a PhD student at the university of Southern Denmark (SDU). Her research focuses on Federated Unsupervised Machine Learning for biomedical data. As part of the FeatureCloud Consortium she aims to provide secure machine learning in a federated system. During her time at SBA as a visiting researcher, she focused on the privacy implications of FL.
Bio
Anne received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the joint Programme in Bioinformatics from TU Munich (TUM) and Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich (LMU). She currently is a PhD candidate at the Department for Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Southern Denmark.
